On Thursday, 9/24, during Café Costa lunch, Sergeant Dan Miller and Officer Elijah Scholl from the Hercules Police Department conducted a Traffic Safety presentation for our seniors. They shared helpful tips on safe driving and pedestrian right-of-way.
Our seniors really enjoyed having the Hercules Police Department join us and appreciated the opportunity to learn important safety tips and ask questions.

The East Bay Silver Dolphins (EBSD) hosted a successful two-day swim meet this past weekend 9/19 and 9/20 at the Hercules Swim Center. The meet welcomed approximately 220 swimmers from 17 teams including teams from El Cerrito, Montclair, Richmond, Vallejo, Alameda, Sacramento, and more. The swimmers gave it their all in the pool, and the meet ended with relay races that were a favorite among the athletes and a fun way to wrap up the weekend. A special thank-you goes out to all the volunteers, coaches, board members, officials, and families who gave their time and energy to make this event a success. We are proud to have Hercules USA Swimming team host such a great event for our community.
