Big things are happening! Like and follow the Rooted and Ready page to stay in the loop about the Chamber’s goal of strategic growth that preserves everything that makes Hermann a place we want to call home.

🌳 We’re Growing Into Something New… Rooted & Ready 🌳

You may notice a change—GRO Hermann is now Rooted & Ready.

This new name better reflects the work ahead: a community-driven strategic plan focused on strengthening the Hermann area through housing, workforce development, infrastructure, and quality of life.

While the name is changing, the purpose remains the same—ensuring our community is prepared for the future while preserving what makes Hermann special.

At its core, Rooted & Ready is about supporting the long-term strength of our schools, our hospital, and the entire Hermann area.

We’re excited to move forward with a clearer identity and a shared vision for what’s next.

There’s still time to apply for the Hermann Area Grant round! Talk to your club and organization leaders about this awesome opportunity!

✅ Do you need to be in Hermann? No, this is open the Hermann Area, as defined by Gasconade R-1, including a Rhineland, Berger and Bay!

✅ Who can apply? Churches, schools, 501 C 3s and government entities. Have a fund with CFHA? That works too!

✅ Does the word grant sound overwhelming? Local board members from our community select the grant recipients. You don’t have to be an expert, just answer the required questions and let us know about your amazing organization and what you are working on!

Scholarship season is upon us! CFO’s universal application is open. This application applies to both local and CFO scholarships.

CFHA is proud to host many local scholarships, please help spread the word so our students can make the most of this wonderful opportunity.

Applications for scholarship through CFO’s universal applications are due March 16th.

We’re partnering up with the Lion’s Club to pop up their famous kettle corn for a CFHA fund.

All proceeds go to the senior mailbox project.

Stop by Gutenberg from 10-4 and pick up a bag or two. Pro tip - it freezes!
