Are you interested in helping to form the voting districts for our future school board? Apply to be a public member of the redistricting committee if you'd like to get involved. The County Commissioners will select individuals from those who apply.

Utah County Alpine School District Redistricting Committee is taking applications until Friday, January 3, 2025, at 5 pm.

Utah County is drawing new school board member district boundaries for the upcoming school board member elections in late 2025, and two members of the public will be on the committee. If you are interested in serving as a public member of this committee, complete this application to be considered.

Very few people deny that the Alpine School District has grown too large. State law requires that independent finance analysts study the tax impacts of creating a new school district, and they declared that we would likely pay LESS TAXES COMPARED TO STAYING IN THE ASD (who has raised taxes 6 of the last 7 years and the trend isn't slowing). Smaller school districts, like smaller governments, are closer to their people and will be more responsive to student needs and community feedback. Vote YES on Prop 11!

It's downright scary to think about how much the Alpine School District will raise your taxes next time they try to run a bond over half a BILLION dollars. Vote YES on Prop 11 to have our new district in Lehi, Highland, Alpine, AF, Cedar Hills, and Draper (Suncrest), because the independent finance analysts stated we'll pay LESS taxes than we would if we stay in the ASD! Let's put our kids first and improve your voter voice by having all school board members living in our 6-city new school district!

We've mentioned before that EVERY city council member in 10 CITIES voted UNANIMOUSLY to recommend the 3-district option to voters on our ballots.
