Alpha -- As I come up on my final days as your XO, I offer just 1 piece of advice before Cobra 6 fires me: Be yourself. We're all Soldiers and we share a set of beliefs, but we also thrive off each others unique skills and qualities. What makes an organization great is never the product or the service, it's the people. So have a personality, engage each other outside of work as friends and peers, and come to work every day with a smile. Many hands make light work, and I cannot consider my last 18 mos as such because I was lucky enough to have a group of Soldiers who made it fun to train, sweat, and lead the way. SHADY BUSINESS!

Alpha, let us live by the words of our leaders. From a previous Commander in Chief "America has never been united by blood or birth or soil. We are bound by ideals that move us beyond our backgrounds, lift us above our interests and teach us what it means to be citizens."
