Come join us for a fun group with the Parkinsons of East Texas. We work on balance, cognitive, mobility, plus so much more! Athens class meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 10am. at the Cain Center. The GBC class meets at 1pm on Tuesday and Thursdays at Family Fitness and Corsicana meets at 9am at the YMCA.This class is offered by Cedar Lake Home Health and Hospice.

Huge shout out to the Cedar Creek Parrot Head Club for their generous donation of water and Gatorade to our Department today. It's already getting hot and summer is just getting started. Keeping our crews hydrated is a priority and your donation helps.
For those not familiar with the Parrot Head Club you should check out their page. Great group of people dedicated to making their community better. They have donated over $1MM dollars to local charities. Check them out and thank them for all they do. We certainly appreciate what they did for us today.
