One of our Pick of the Week choices last Friday went to Dave Price for his 1973 Ford Mustang. It has the original 351 with functioning Ram Air. The only things not original to the car are the rear spoiler, the wood steering wheel and the grille. Thanks, Dave, for bringing out this great looking car.

We thought Cruise to Holt was going to be a bust last week with the thunderstorms, but we still had about 50 cars show up! Join us again this Friday from 5-8 p.m. at 2150 N. Cedar St. in Holt. There’s only five nights left and then the season is over!

Our Pick of the Week last Friday went to this 1948 Chevy Stylemaster. This car had a frame off restoration in 1999. The goal was to keep it pretty original looking on the outside but give it all the modern conveniences and safety features - along with a LT1 Corvette engine.

There’s only five nights of Cruise to Holt left for the season, so don’t miss out. Join us this Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the Holt Farmers Market parking lot at 2150 N. Cedar St., in Holt.

Our Pick of the Week last Friday went to Skip Brown for his 1980 Camaro Z-28. Skip bought the car in 1986 when he was 19 years old and has had it ever since. He kept it clean and out of Michigan winters. Then, after raising a family, he had it restored. Skip wanted to keep it original looking while adding lots of custom touches, like the 502 big block! The car looks absolutely fabulous. Thanks for sharing it with us, Skip.
