Quick update regarding the rail lawsuit from Gov: "The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals denied the City's motion to dismiss plaintiffs' appeal and granted plaintiffs' motion for an expedited hearing. This is good news. We are pleased that a final decision is likely to be made soon.". Share it with your friends!
