TheBus/TheHandi-Van Customer Service and Transit Pass Offices will be closed. Due to weather and road conditions expect delays and possible detours.

City & County of Honolulu Paratransit Services began in 1977. Oahu Transit Services, Inc. began TheHandi-Van operations on April 1, 1997.

Fellow transit riders....

With the discontinuation of Transit App Royale, riders using the Transit App will still have access to core features like nearby departures and trip planning.

We launched Transit App Royale with our Segment 2 service back in October of 2025 to allow riders to plan their future trips in advance of the opening and help everyone plan trips using new routes and Skyline stations.

Some premium features with Transit Royale, including avatar customization and future trip planning, will no longer be available without a paid subscription. However, Transit's core tools remain in place and the app will help our riders like it always has – to help get everyone get to where they want to be, on-time, and in real-time.

Transit App is our official transportation navigation tool! Download the app for free on both Google Play and Apple iOS stores.
