Before I was a state representative, I was a kid sitting in a Hawaiʻi public school classroom at Kalani High School learning from teachers who challenged me, encouraged me, and believed in me.

That’s why it means so much to receive the endorsement of the Hawaiʻi State Teachers Association.

I am a product of our public school teachers, and I will never stop advocating for the students, educators, and schools that help shape Hawaiʻi’s future.

Mahalo, HSTA, for your support and partnership. 🌺📚
