You know we had to do Dusty for Game 6! Presenting the ejection—an espresso martini with a pumpkin cream cold foam topper. Nothing says fall in Houston like long lines at the starbucks drive through and postseason baseball. We don’t know how much Baker is baking, but we threw a mini cupcake on just in case with a mid-ejection tiny head.
But really, he’s pumpkin and spice and everything nice until you throw the wrong guy out. And he invented the high five. Is there a better guy? Probably not. Let’s finish this thing guys.
Game 6 at 7:03! Inside and outside projectors, plenty of seating. 21+ after 9pm. Any player that hits a homer, his drink is half price for the rest of the game. Or if they get ejected, because why not.

The man, the myth, the legend. We love Yordan enough to have his bobblehead bobbling year-round on our snoball machine, so you know we had to bring back his Strotail. It’s the Yor-Done it Again, and it’s just as applicable now as when we brought it out in the OG Strotail lineup.
It’s a twist on a classic Puerto Rican daiquiri with white rum, fresh lime, and added fresh ginger. And you know this one’s going half price when he hits a homer y’all.
Steak night grill starts 6ish! Game starts just after 7 with inside and outside projectors going and plenty of outside seating. Friendly reminder we are 21+ after 9pm every night.

This beer gives an ode to the exploration of aeronautics. On December 17, 1903, Wilbur and Orville Wright took turns piloting and monitoring their flying machine near Kitty Hawk, North 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘢. Orville piloted the first flight which lasted just 12 seconds and 120 feet. On the fourth and final flight of the day, Wilbur traveled 852 feet, remaining airborne for 59 seconds. That morning, the brothers became the first people to demonstrate sustained flight of a heavier-than-air machine under the complete control of the pilot.⁠

It’s fall (legally speaking), and our roasted mushrooms are hella autumnal, party people.
Each dish we cook throughout service contributes a layer of really good smells to the air of the restaurant, but the mushrooms are especially aromatic.
We love a base of puréed stuff- this is a buttered chickpea puree with aromatics and turmeric.
Off to the side we pan roast a combination of mushrooms like king trumpet, hen of the woods, and shiitake in clarified butter. At the last minute we add some shallot, garlic, and ginger. The hot buttery mushrooms get poured over the chickpea purée, and finished with garlic chili oil, and some fenugreek leaf. The fenugreek adds a maple syrup note to the heady mushroom smells. It gets us worked up.
Like many of our dishes, this has a liberal amount of saucy bits to mop up with French fries or our house made sourdough. Be smart about it- don’t leave any sauce behind.
We’d be remiss if we didn’t also advise pairing this with a glass of oloroso sherry or dry madeira. Brown food and brown wine have a natural affinity for eachother.

Game four is tonight and with it we thought we’d round out all the Josés and do an Abreau-vardier. It’s boulevardier, José Abreau style with rum and fruited bitters, in a nod to Abreau’s hometown of Cruces, Cuba.
Remember if any of the players hit a home rum, their Strotail is half price for the rest of the game! First pitch 6:07, trivia at 7:30ish. doing pies on the patio!
