Creating Caring Communities
Since 1985, CarePartners has partnered with congregations, organizations and other nonprofits to provide practical assistance and emotional support to family members who are caring for people with Alzheimer’s, dementia, memory loss and other challenges due to aging. CarePartners brings caring volunteers together with families in need of support in order to make life better for the weak and vulnerable and for those who serve them. At CarePartners, we are uniquely qualified to provide support to this vulnerable population because we utilize the award winning, evidence-based Care Team® model, which provides essential care to vulnerable populations and their caregivers through volunteerism. Over the past 33 years, CarePartners volunteers have delivered more than 2 million hours of care. We serve more than 3,000 families annually, and train and organize nearly 2,500 volunteers to support our programs and those we serve. Through the past three decades we have become experts in the area of providing support and enrichment in the lives of those suffering with memory loss and their caregivers.

Thank you, Care Partners! Mom received her care package today (understandably late - the post office has quite busy lately, I'm sure). She was so excited! The work you do has made a huge difference in her life and we appreciate you more than I say.
Thank you for the virtual gathering and we enjoyed learning about Disney and we enjoyed Rodney Raspberry's music as well.
Just wanted to send out a big THANK YOU for dropping off the surprise package for my mom. She was so exited to receive it, and was thrilled with the contents. There is not a lot for her to get excited about these days, so I'm very grateful to you all.
