The following locations are providing free tetanus shots to residents, regardless of their insurance status, as residents they work to clear debris following the recent storm severe weather:

• Sharpstown Health Services Center
• La Nueva Casa de Amigos Health Center
• Northside Health Center
• Sunnyside Health and Multi-Service Center

Tetanus is a serious disease that can occur when wounds or breaks in the skin lead to an exposure to tetanus (C. tetani spores in the environment). Stay up to date with your immunizations to reduce the risk of vaccine-preventable diseases.
