SAVE THE MEMORIES OF OUR HEROES | SHARE YOUR WWII STORY

To help limit the spread of COVID-19, we’ve been forced to halt all of our efforts to capture the memories of our WWII veterans through in person interviews.

In an effort to keep preserving stories during this difficult time, we are inviting our followers to #ShareYourWWIIStory and tell us about the WWII veteran in your lives! Whether they are a living WWII hero or a distant relative that was killed on the battlefield 75 years ago, we want to hear their story. Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing these stories on our page.

Send an message to [email protected] with the following:

• Full name and rank of your WWII hero
• Description of their story including branch of service and service details
• Photographs of your WWII hero during the war and now
• If possible, a copy of the veteran’s discharge paperwork
• Any other information or photographs that you would like to share!
