Kingwood Area Republican Women - KARW

Kingwood Area Republican Women - KARW Our mission is to uphold the ideals of the Republican Party and support incumbent officials, as well as Republican women and men seeking political offices.

What Makes Kingwood Area Republican Women Unique? The uniqueness of Kingwood Area Republican Women is rooted in this community, a cluster of villages more reminiscent of a small town than the stereotyped sterile suburb. We’re unique because our members reflect the diversity of interest and activities that characterize the small towns of this country. The socio-economic scale is broad, ranging from

the affluent to the family of moderate means. Every adult age group is represented, from the young mother to the retiree. The enthusiasm of the political novice meshes with the experience of the old-timer. A former state committeewoman from Maryland trades ideas with the ex-Louisiana campaigner. A mélange of nationalities emerges when the women from Holland and the German emigrant chat with the Foreign Service wife. And a mix of hometowns which literally spans the continent is evidenced by the sound of the Southern drawl, New England crispness, Midwestern twang, and West Coast slang. Kingwood Area Republican Women are a bank vice president, deputy constable, interior designer, student, realtor, retiree, officeholder, emergency dispatcher, legislative aide, office holder’s spouse, congressional campaign manager, bookkeeper, teacher, homemaker, garden club president, and bridge enthusiast. These are our members, and it is they who make us unique!

📣 Message to drivers: Please allow space on the roads for our brine trucks to treat bridges. 🚛 Remember to prepare your home’s water system to prevent freezing.

For everyone’s safety, we ask that drivers stay off the roads if possible to leave them clear for work trucks and EMS.
