Last summer we were planning a big cookout by the pool, and luckily I decided to fire up our Viking Outdoor Grill the week before our cookout was scheduled. That is when I discovered some animal had built a nest in my Grill over the winter. It was a mess. I called up Viking Appliances U.S. and asked them if they could come out and service my Grill before the cookout. They said no problem. They had a repairman at our house 2 days later. He cleaned up the whole grill and even replaced a couple of wires that had been chewed on. When he left the Grill was like new. The cookout was a huge success Thanks to Viking Appliances U.S.

I am a chef by trade, but I would be a chef even if I did not cook for a living. I love food and I love to cook. All of my restaurants use Viking Ranges and Ovens. At home I also use Viking exclusively. They are a great appliance, made to last, and always perform like they just rolled off of the line. That is if you maintain them. Lately I have been too busy to maintenance my appliances, so I called up the goo people over at Viking appliances U.S. and set up a service appointment to have my kitchen appliances cleaned and serviced. I have used Viking Appliances several times in the past and they always do a great job at a very reasonable price. They sent William out to work on our appliances. We have worked with him before, and he is a really good technician. He really knows his stuff. We had him service the Viking 30” Professional Gas Range, the Viking Double Oven and the Sub Zero Refrigerator Freezer, The Sub Zero Wine Cooler, and our Bosch Dishwasher. He was there all day on a Saturday and he had to return on Monday with a few parts. When he was finished I was blown away by how clean everything looked as well as how well everything was working. It was like we had all new appliances. That is why I call Viking Appliances U.S. they always do a great job, and the price is always very reasonable. I recommend them to all of my friends.

A while back I purchased a Samsung 4.5 cu. ft. High Efficiency Front Load Washer. It is a great appliance, I love it. So I was very upset when it started acting up. It would shut down during the drain cycle, and when I opened the washer to get my clothes, they would be floating in a puddle of cold water. Yuck! I call up Appliance Repair New York, and set up the soonest appointment I could get. When you have kids the laundry stacks up fast. They had a technician at our house the very next day. After examining the appliance he told us he could fix it with parts he had with him on the truck. I could not believe how quickly he had us back up and doing laundry. This is why whenever we have a broken appliance we call Appliance Repair New York. They are really fast and professional, and they always do a great job.

I own several restaurants, and if it is one thing I have learned over the years is do not cut corner on quality, so all of my kitchens have Viking ranges. Not to sound like a commercial, but Viking Ranges are simply the best, most dependable ranges, in my opinion. So the other night the manager of one of my LA restaurants called me to tell me that they were having a problem with one of the Viking 48 Inch Pro-Style Gas Ranges, and they were having an event in 2 days on Friday night, and they would need every available range to get through the night. I told him to call my friends at Viking Appliances US and set up an appointment. I have used this company in the past, and they do great work without making you wait 2 weeks for an appointment. He called them up and sure enough they had a technician out the next day. He looked over the Range, and returned in the morning with the necessary parts to fix the unit. We had the unit up in running in time to use for the event, and everything went great. Viking Appliance Us is a really great service company, they have well trained technicians and when you have an emergency, they go out of their way to get you back up and running right away. I highly recommend this company.
