Study Skills and Time Management
November 12th, 2018
7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

There is a strong argument to be made that the transition from high school to college is the most difficult transition a student will make in his or her life. In college, students are introduced to a new level of independence with minimal supervision, a lot more time to manage, and a record number of distractions. All of this is happening at a time when students' brains are still developing, particularly in the area responsible for making executive decisions. Having excellent systems for effective time-management and a strategic approach to studying are essential competencies to being successful in college.

Join us to learn some important tips to help your college-bound student start ahead and stay ahead!

As you all know special needs is both a personal and professional passion of mine. Over the past 2 years, we have grown exponentially with our special needs sensory facility. Wednesday’s have become in such demand that we were booked 4 months in advance. That being said, I am proud to announce that starting in May I will be expanding my Special Needs practice to Thursday and Fridays to accommodate the continuous growth and need.
Thank you all for you support and helping me serve those with physical and intellectual disabilities.
