The foundation has teamed up with Memorial Hermann Healthcare System and University of Texas Health Science Center to fund leading research dedicated to these neurological disorders, and more importantly, bringing an end to the pain they cause.

This week we are debunking the migraine misconception that all migraines come with aura. Aura has been linked to migraines in the past and is generally described as blurred vision in combination with light and sound sensitivity. While aura can occur in conjunction with a migraine episode, not all migraines will come with an aura. In fact, only a quarter of migraines do.
