Congratulations to Corina Martinez, of League City Police department, our Southern Regional First Responder Caring Award Winner. Corina worked countless hours rescuing victims at all costs during and after Hurricane Harvey. She gave no thought to the damage of her own home but only how she could save victims in any way possible – including driving, walking, running and kayaking.
