How do YOU Train Like an Astronaut?
Astronauts work on strength training because even when gravity is not playing a role in space, having strong muscles and bones is critical to their health.
Snap and post pics of you doing some strength training... if you can, try to lift something at least 10% of your body weight. Bonus for pictures of you lifting unique or interesting objects!
