All this in spite of the fact they told you that you were making that small monthly payment for the full 10 years of the contract. Scummy solar counselors get you to sign the unethical contract, unethical payment companies like Tech CU service the unethical terms of the contract and your local Energy company participates by splitting your bill into two separate bills so that the process is too confusing to keep up with without a lawyer. Get a lawyer to read your contract before you sign it.
