Interested in Joining the Board of Education?

There is currently one vacant seat on the Board of Education, and we invite interested community members to submit a Letter of Interest.

In your letter, please address the following questions:

Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Education?
What skills, experience, or perspectives would you bring to the Board?
Do you anticipate any challenges in committing to the Board’s meeting schedule and the additional work required between meetings?

📅 Letters of Interest are due by September 11, 2026
📧 Please submit your letter to Board Clerk Leslie C***s at [email protected].

The selected candidate will be appointed at the September 15, 2026 Board of Education meeting. Candidates should plan to attend the meeting so the selected candidate can be sworn in that evening and begin their term.

The appointed term will run through June 30, 2027.
