We really appreciate the constant inquiries about when we will open back up. We were certainly the most aggressive haunted house around as 20% of those that entered couldn't make it through and ended up taking a chicken exit. We look forward to offering that challenge again in the future. We have focused our attention to our Zombie Trail Paintball and corn maze again for 2016. We hope to have a new Haunted House built on the same property as our Zombie Trail in 2017 so those that want a real scare will have that at the same location.

We are doing zombie trail paintball this year. It's not a scary attraction like our Haunt. Just fun activity for all ages. We plan to build a haunted house in the future on the same property as our paintball trail. You will see Humboldt house of Horrors again. Thx for interest

Our Zombie Trail Paintball website and pages are almost complete. All of the dozer work has been done and scene work is under way. I'll post the site information soon. We are excited and believe this will be great fun for the whole family.

The owner of the building where Humboldt House of Horrors has been the last few years opted not to sell it to us. We will return to operation but not sure when and where. We were at the National Haunted House Convention and decided to focus on something a little different this year. We will be having Zombie Farm Paintball on a farm between Jackson and Humboldt. You will ride on a 24ft trailer pulled by tractor and shoot Zombies and other targets in the fields and Woods. Hope you're not afraid of the dark, the only lights just make it possible to small areas at once and make your paintballs glow in the dark all the way to the ZOMBIE.
The Dozer will be finishing the trails this week and the first of 3 trailers is already built. The page and website are being worked on now and I will send them out as soon as they're complete. I believe it will be a great family fun for all ages. Thanks again for your support in the past and hope you will support this new endeavor as well.

I rarely give updates in the off season so I just realized that I didn't even post after the last night of Haunting. Well we did break our record but we fell short of our goal. We ended up with 83 chickens vs the 100 we had for a goal. Thank you for your support and you will find my next post very interesting.

We have had 62 take a chicken exit so far. (34 last night) We need 17 more to break our record with one less night of operation. Can you make it through? I doubt it. This is the last night of the 2014 Haunt season. Hope to see you tonight.

Halloween Night, we will be open from 7-11. Hours on the poster say 7-9 so I wanted to clarify. Don't forget we are open on Sat Nov 1 as well.
