Taken from another page. "20 yrs"? how many of us will still live here? Paying for something that has a 20 yr return works for young folks that plan on building a life here long term. How about our elderly, people near retirement, lifelong residents? We try to stay as neutral as possible to allow the people of Hutto to make their own decisions about our elected officials, and keep you informed of how those officials spend our money and keep track of the way they vote on things that effect our lives in Hutto. There are pages out there that are anti mayor, and others that support him. This quote of course came from the "anti" page. It is up for you individually to decide how you feel about it and keep that in mind when voting. Key word here VOTE for who and what you want. You can't complain if you do not vote! We have the lowest voter turnout for city elections than other areas of our size.
