It’s a beautiful morning!
I’ve been in Salt Lake City for a couple of days visiting my kids and grandkids and looking for a new apartment to move to when I sell my house.
I brought my camper over, so that I can go ahead and leave it here and it’ll be here when I move. Found a storage place for it, so early this morning I got out of bed and my campground, started packing up and getting ready to take it to the storage
Since it’ll be stored for the winter, I want to make sure it’s got good antifreeze in it, so I dumped a couple of gallons in the freshwater tank. And then I tried to turn on my water pump and run it through the pipes and the water pump isn’t working. Might be because there’s not enough water in there. I don’t know.
Anyway, I go to hook up the trailer, and as I’m doing, so I dropped the seven pin connector on the ground. When I pick it up, instead of a green light, it’s got a blue light, that means that it has paired, but is not connecting. So I have no brakes, no lights, no nothing from the truck to the trailer.
Well, it’s time to get home, so I’m driving the back roads of Salt Lake City for 20 miles hoping to avoid any police officers that are gonna stop me, driving very gently so that I don’t have to break suddenly, and I’ll deal with it all when I return, and maybe after winter.
