Congratulations to the Shottenkirk Indianola Ford team and all of your happy buyers!

I want to take a moment and thank everyone for setting an ALL TIME RECORD VOLUME MONTH IN SEPTEMBER!

This was the first month for a new management team and refreshed culture. Paul DeYarman and I along with 6 others came from our Waukee store to start a new chapter. The new team came together and set an all-time volume record in their first month!

Hard work, Integrity, Trust, and Honesty are the core values we have always built our dealerships on and are our guiding principles in providing exceptional customer experiences.

Stay tuned for a huge announcement coming in the next couple weeks!

Have you heard?

The U.S. Small Business Administration, in consultation with the Treasury Department, released a simpler loan forgiveness application for Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans of $50,000 or less. This action streamlines the PPP forgiveness process to provide financial and administrative relief to America’s smallest businesses while also ensuring sound stewardship of taxpayer dollars.

SBA began approving PPP forgiveness applications and remitting forgiveness payments to PPP lenders for PPP borrowers on Oct. 2.

Congratulations, Indianola! Our community was awarded the Daniel Burnham Award for a Comprehensive Plan by the American Planning Association-Iowa Chapter. This award was made possible because of your significant involvement during the extensive 21 month review process. This was a remarkable community effort! Work has already begun on implementing identified recommendations as the City is now conducting a thorough review of various codes to ensure alignment with the plan. Thank you Peoples Bank for supporting our businesses and community! We appreciate you so much!

Banks, like Peoples Bank, did more than any other type of financial -- including credit unions and farm credit institutions -- to save jobs that could have been lost because of the coronavirus outbreak.

The Peoples Bank lending team helped our small businesses save 2,443 LOCAL JOBS with funding from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

Community banks give back to their communities, especially in time of need.
