How is it that a person can go in for sentencing and be told court is being pushed out a month so we can charge you with this bond violation with no substantial proof, but a message on a phone that goes back and forth in a child backpack until one day it just stops coming back..... then there's a message threatening the moms life, they ask a 6 year old about a phone, who can't really determine if the phone her dad has is the one she uses or a phone of his own. I've never seen a more corrupt place in my life, where criminal informants are able to sell drugs and take out all the dealers, and never see a jail cell.. yet I can't even leave my driveway with being followed because of my past. Where is the justice when a judge can clearly do or say whatever they want and not follow their own laws. Who do I contact to have a news crew to document, on live tv, a person's court date to show just how unjust our court system is in dickinson County. Probate judge won't accept evidence proving the mother is unfit because she's informant and would go as far as to let her fail drug test continuously for 2 years and after 1 week (7days) later give her back custody and praise her hard work. Get tf outta here. It's time to fight for our rights, I take this all the way up, and sue 2 of the 3 judges in federal court. With years of documented evidence
