First time breaking in new shoes and... using the other 'thing' that I have been missing from my life since my first hike. Worked like a charm!!!

Hiked Horizon Hill today. Lots of side trails so it took 70 minutes. The hike passes by Woodcliff Lodge with a nice view...

First hike of the season yesterday!
Abraham Lincoln Park: white trail
This is a 2.7 mile truly moderate hike that takes you to Irondequoit Bay. Looks like there is a kayak rental place once you arrive at the bay but hard to tell, it was closed likely due to COVID.

Time: 1 hour
Add more time if you take the side trails to scenic overlooks or eat lunch/spend time at the bay.

Technical: No except for a few muddy spots

Trail: Well worn and easy to navigate. Just look for the white metal squares tacked to the trees.

Hilly and a good workout plus it's a gorgeous hike!

We hiked the Appalachian Trail to Mcafee K**b! 9 miles round trip. Breathtaking! Accompanied by Ryan Conrad.
