Update!
The owners have been located and have already picked up their dog.
They were very appreciative to get their pup back! Thanks

⚠️ The City is looking for information regarding the dog pictured below. A concerned resident sent these photos after the dog had been hanging around their yard for some time.
If you recognize this dog or know who it belongs to, please contact the City or reach out to the owner directly so we can help get this pup safely back home. 🐾
Please share to help us locate the owner.

If you receive a call regarding this fundraiser in support of our local K-9 unit, please know it is a legitimate fundraiser being conducted in partnership with the Barber County Sheriff’s Office. 🐾💙
That said, it’s always important to stay vigilant. If you ever feel unsure about who you are speaking with, don’t hesitate to hang up and contact the Sheriff’s Office directly to verify the call. Scammers can be very convincing these days, and it’s always better to play it safe.
We appreciate all those working to support and protect our community!

🌿 Friendly Reminder! 🌿

As we enter peak growing season, please take a moment to mow and maintain your yards. Keeping grass and weeds in check helps keep our community looking great, safe, and pest-free!

🚨 The City has sent out a few letters today, and starting later this week, we will begin issuing official mowing notices to properties that are not in compliance with maintenance standards. This is never our favorite part of the job, but it is a necessary step to help keep our neighborhoods clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.

We encourage everyone to take a quick look around their property—mow, trim, and pick up any debris if needed.

Thank you for doing your part to keep our community looking great! 💚

The City of Isabel would like to extend a sincere thank you to Roxie Hyatt for her generous $1,000 donation to American Legion Post 98.

Support like this helps ensure the American Legion can continue serving our veterans, hosting community events, and maintaining a space that means so much to so many in Isabel.

If you are interested in donating to a local business or organization, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at the City Office. We are happy to help connect you with the local groups or organizations that make our community strong.

Thank you again, Roxie, for investing in Isabel and helping keep the heart of our town strong. 🇺🇸💛

We couldn’t be more proud, as a City, to be part of such a meaningful project for our community. 💙
