As summer approaches and the temperatures rise, it is important to stay hydrated. Spending time outside exercising, playing sports or even relaxing by the pool can increase your core body temperature. Drink plenty of water before going outside and continue to do so throughout the day to remain hydrated. Remember: Don't rely on thirst to indicate hydration. Check out the graphic below for more information. (U.S. Marine Corps digital illustration by Cpl. Dominique Osthoff)

Message from the Commandant of the Marine Corps and the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps

A MESSAGE FROM THE COMMANDANT: "Current events are a stark reminder that it is not enough for us to remove symbols that cause division – rather, we also must strive to eliminate division itself. The trust Marines place in one another on a daily basis demands this. Only as a unified force, free from discrimination, racial inequality, and prejudice can we fully demonstrate our core values, and serve as the elite warfighting organization America requires and expects us to be."

Who remembers, this old bird. That used to grace, MCAS New River's front gate?
Hello friends good day. I'm Jennifer from Edo state . I'm here to share a testimony with you on how I was free from poverty. I was a poor girl who suffered alot at my place in Benin. I sell pure water at ekiosa market and oba market event at Ring road just to Jennifer my rent and eat food. I lost my dad many years ago and my mom is so poor. I never thought I would become rich and famous in life until I meet an advert on Facebook about doctor olori that he can do ritual without human blood. I called him and he told me not to be afraid, he told me what to buy and how to use it and everything. I did it without fear or doubt because I was already frustrated by poverty. So I did what he told me and today is my testimony and he asked me to share it to others. Now I have houses, cars, filling station, schools and other business. You too can take a step of boldness and be free from poverty. Don't be afraid my brethren. Call doctor olori and your problem will be solved 08142377950 Or Whatsapp doctor 08142377950 But don't forget to tell your friends that may need the help too.
