Tomorrow night is our 14th Annual Cherish the Child Dinner and Auction. We will have a wonderful dinner, silent/live auction, Wine Pull and live music! Please come join us for a night of fun!

APP would like to say a big Thank You to the Jacksonville-Onslow Kiwanis Club for your generous diaper donation! The Kiwanis Club donated almost 30 boxes of diapers to our program! Wow! The teens in our APP program will benefit from this donation and we are very grateful :) Please show your support of the Kiwanis Club by buying a chicken dinner from their fundraiser tomorrow, October 2nd. The dinners are $8 and you can get them from the Onslow Shrine Club from 10 am-6 or you can pick-up plates from Jones-Onslow EMC from 10 am-2. Please show your support!

This is a community event coming up in October and we would love to have everyone come out! Avalynn Kent is Ms. Kam's baby cousin and she has a rare congenital heart defect known as Ebstein's Anomaly. Team Avalynn is a group of our family and friends that come together to raise money for the Children's Heart Foundation with the hopes of one day finding a cure for Ebstein's Anomaly and other heart conditions. We hope to not only help our Ava but also other children with congenital heart defects. Please bring your children out on October 10th between 10-4 pm for a day of fun for a good cause!

Thank you Infant of Prague Catholic School for your donation to our APP Program! These amazing students did a diaper/wipe drive during the month of January and donated the items to PEERS. We were overwhelmed by their generosity. Thank you for making a difference and giving back!

Happy New Year! We cannot wait to see what 2015 has in store for us. Any pregnant or parenting teenagers ages 12-19 who are interested in the APP Program please contact us at 910-333-9727. Requirements for the program are that you are pursuing your education, willing to consistently use a form of birth control to avoid a second pregnancy, work to improve your parenting skills and prepare for future employment!

During this group meeting, participants enjoyed a Thanksgiving meal, and made Angels to display in our entry at the Festival of Trees! We also had a special guest, Alexa, who shared her birthday with APP by asking her friends and family to donate baby items for our teens as her birthday gifts. What a wonderful young lady!!!
