On Sunday while responding to a natural cover fire with structures in danger, Our engine with 2 personal was involved in a rollover accident. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle on his own, while the passenger had to be extricated with the Jaws of life that was on board the damaged FireTruck. The MU helicopter was requested and landed at the scene. One firefighter was transported by Miller County Ambulance and the other by the MU helicopter. Due to the quick response of the Firefighters, they were on the scene within minutes of the accident. Both firefighters were released later that evening with minor injuries. We appreciate the support of Iberia Rural Fire Protection District, St. Elizabeth Fire Protection, Eldon Fire Dept, Miller County Ambulance District and everyone that assisted during this unimaginable experience. We are so Thankful that our firefighters are Ok...

The Fire and Police team members attended our meeting today and presented The Safety Net with a check for $25,000. This was the proceeds from their charity hockey match called Guns vs Hoses. If you missed this great event, stay tuned for the 2026 date. It sells out quickly. Thank you for all that you do each day to keep our families safe.

As we mark one year since Officer Phylicia Carson’s passing, we honor her memory and sacrifice.

Her dedication to protecting and serving our community was unwavering, and her courage in the line of duty will never be forgotten.
Officer Carson’s service stands as a lasting reminder of the bravery and commitment of all who wear the badge.

We remember her sacrifice and the profound impact she made on Osage Beach.
