I was raised in central Kentucky. Our family worked a 100-acre farm, raising many different kinds of animals and crops. I could drive a tractor by age 7 and pitch square hay bales on the wagon by 12. We worked very hard. My dad said "no work, no food." He taught us to be proud of a hard day's work and never watch someone else work without jumping in and helping. If you see something that needs to
be done then do it! However, we did not work on Sunday. We went to church and rested. I attended a private Christian School and graduated in 1993. I attended community college and worked three jobs to pay for it myself. I worked for a few small business owners​ until I started full time in the hospital in 1997. I have worked in healthcare since then. I am now a Registered Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist and work in the Cardiac Cath Lab. I dearly love my career. I get to help save lives and improve the quality of life for people every day. Anyone that knows me, knows I have lots of energy and enthusiasm. I still enjoy working hard and solving difficult problems. I want to be your State Representative and deal with difficult problems and improve the quality of life for the residents of Laclede and Camden counties. I promise to work hard and serve you with passion and a listening ear. I am pro-life, pro-family, pro-military, pro-business, pro-farming/agriculture, pro 2nd Amendment. I am a strong conservative and depend on God for guidance and strength.
