Another great resource for support!

The Missouri Department of Mental Health's Veterans Services Program has launched a new statewide wellness campaign called Live Life Mission. It was created to help Missouri service members, veterans, and their families improve overall well-being through simple, realistic daily efforts.

Visit https://dmh.mo.gov/veterans/live-life-mission to select a wellness group and choose a few Small Steps to add to your daily routine. Working on your wellness can help protect against suicidal thoughts and ideation because it strengthens many of the factors that help people cope when life becomes difficult.

All Missourians are welcome to participate, even if you are not military-connected.
