🚨 DO WE HAVE YOUR ATTENTION? 🚨

Missouri h**p is under attack — and we need you NOW.

HB 2641 is now before the Missouri Senate. If it keeps moving, it could wipe out nearly every h**p product category in the state — gummies, vapes, flower — gone. Beverages might be the only thing left standing.

Don’t let the word “regulation” fool you. This isn’t about safety standards or age restrictions. The language in this bill goes way further than that. Even if federal law protects h**p products, Missouri businesses could still be forced to pull them from shelves.

That means farmers losing markets. Small businesses closing. Employees out of work. And everyday Missourians losing access to products they depend on.

We are in the final weeks of session. Leadership is pushing hard for passage. Some senators are ready to fight — but they can’t do it alone.

👉 Contact your Senator today and tell them to vote NO on HB 2641.

This bill would eliminate nearly every h**p product category in Missouri — hurting farmers, small businesses, and everyday consumers. We support reasonable regulation, but this bill goes too far. Thank you.”

Subject: Please Vote NO on HB 2641 — Protect Missouri H**p

Dear Senator [Last Name],

My name is [your name] and I am a constituent from [your city/town]. I am writing to urge you to vote NO on House Bill 2641.

If passed, this bill would eliminate nearly every h**p product category in Missouri — including gummies, vapes, and flower. This would devastate Missouri farmers, force small businesses to close, put employees out of work, and strip everyday Missourians of products they rely on.

We support reasonable h**p regulation — testing standards, age restrictions, and labeling requirements. But HB 2641 goes far beyond regulation. It is a ban.

Missouri deserves better. Please stand with your constituents and vote NO on HB 2641.

Thank you for your time and service.

Sincerely,
[Your Name]

Missouri h**p is back in the Senate this week.

We expect House Bill 2641, sponsored by Rep. Dave Hinman, to be brought up in the Missouri Senate this week, possibly tomorrow. If that happens, leadership may give it a full day of debate to maximize the chances of passage.

Remember: Senate Bill 904, a similar h**p ban bill sponsored by Senator David Gregory, has already been brought up once. Senator Karla May singlehandedly filibustered for nearly 3 hours and forced that bill to be laid over.

At this point, there are only 6 weeks left in the 2026 session of the Missouri General Assembly.

The clock is running.
The pressure is building.
And the fight is far from over.

We will continue to post updates.

⏳ 227 DAYS.
That’s how long until November 12.
On paper, that’s when the federal changes take effect.
But in reality… the impact is happening right now.
Farmers don’t operate on political timelines.
They operate on planting seasons.
And many are already being forced into a decision: ➡️ Do we plant this year…
➡️ Or risk harvesting a crop with no market to sell into?
By the time harvest comes, it’s too late.
Too late to pivot.
Too late to recover.
Too late to fix a bad policy decision.
This isn’t a future problem.
This is a 2026 growing season problem.
Fields sit empty.
Jobs disappear.
Local economies take the hit.
All before the law even officially kicks in.
Policy doesn’t just affect the future.
It shapes what gets planted today.

URGENT: Stop the Ma*****na Monopoly — Tell Your Senator to Vote NO on HB 2641Missouri’s independent h**p industry is facing an existential threat. HB 2641 is a legislative “poison pill” designed …

Spring break may be over, but the threat to Missouri h**p is not.
Just because there is not a major headline every day does not mean the danger has passed. HB 2641 and SB 904 are still serious bills to watch, and the pressure to restrict h**p is still very real.
Missouri h**p does not need to be eliminated. It needs fair, responsible regulation that protects consumers without destroying jobs, businesses, products, and competition.
So stay engaged. Keep speaking up. Keep contacting lawmakers. Keep reminding them that regulation is not the same thing as elimination.
Missouri h**p does not protect itself.

Yesterday, lawmakers heard from the ma*****na industry during MoCannTrade lobby day.
Today, they need to hear from everyone else.
If you care about what these h**p bills could do to businesses, jobs, product access, and competition in Missouri, now is the time to speak up. The pressure is not over just because lobby day is over.
Call. Email. Message your legislators. Make sure they hear from the people who will actually live with the consequences.
Missouri policy should not be shaped by one side alone.

Spring break is over, and the pressure campaign is back on in Jefferson City.
Today is MoCannTrade lobby day, and lawmakers will be hearing from the ma*****na industry as it pushes for more restrictions on h**p. They can dress it up however they want, but many Missourians see exactly what this looks like: one industry trying to use politics to protect its market and squeeze out competition.
That is not honest policymaking. And Missourians should not stay quiet while it happens.
If these bills would hurt your business, your job, your access, or your community, today is the day to speak up.
Today, lawmakers will hear one side. Make sure they hear from you too.

H**p is often reduced to a single product or a single conversation.
But that misses the bigger picture.
This is an entire ecosystem—built by farmers, supported by small businesses, and connected to local economies across Missouri.
For many, it’s also about access.
Access to products.
Access to alternatives.
Access to opportunity.
When policies are discussed, it’s important to understand what’s truly at stake.
Because decisions made today don’t just affect one category—they ripple across every part of this system.
And everyone connected to it.

Quiet doesn’t mean nothing is happening.
There are no major votes today.
No headlines.
No big announcements.
But that doesn’t mean this issue is on pause.
Behind the scenes, conversations are happening.
Strategies are being shaped.
Decisions are being influenced.
Some of the most important moments in policy don’t happen in public.
They happen in meetings, in offices, and in the details most people never see.
That’s why staying informed matters.
That’s why staying engaged matters.
We’re paying attention—every step of the way.

Missouri isn’t the only battleground.
While bills move through Jefferson City, the broader conversation is happening in Washington, D.C.
The White House is currently reviewing federal regulatory options, and those decisions could influence what Congress ultimately takes up.
That means what happens in D.C. may directly impact Missouri and other states navigating these issues.
Eapen Thampy is in Washington, D.C. this week to connect with our colleagues working on this issue in Congress and the White House.
We’ll continue to monitor developments at both the state and federal level.
