Blending poetry and essays, Hansel connects generations of women through the stories of her own female ancestors and their place in Appalachian history.

🌼 Celebrate Día de los Mu***os with an evening of crafts, snacks, and family activities at the Children's Library!

🗓️ Monday, Nov. 2 from 6–7 p.m.

Families can also bring photos, flowers, and other offerings for our ofrenda in the Children's Amphitheater during the week before the event.

❤️ Please bring copies of photos rather than originals or family heirlooms. Our staff will be happy to make copies for you to leave at the ofrenda!
