Hi All, please note our new property manager Marlene Le will be taking over this page as of today January 6, 2017. Marlene has been in property management for several years and is proud to be a member of Campbell Property Management. We are very excited to have Marlene overseeing our community for 10 hours/week and there is no doubt Marlene will be an asset to Egret Landing! She has already started to build a new site for Egret Landing ( from scratch. It is currently up and running for both residents and board members. The site is not complete but it is currently available to access forms, documents, and a digital version of our newsletter. If you'd like to meet Marlene in person feel free to stop by the clubhouse as she will be onsite most afternoons. Please note we are also grateful to have Vicky Gertsik who will be in our community office full time. Please feel confident your community is in good hands and all of your questions and concerns will be addressed with a smile. Welcome Marlene and Vicky!

"Dear Owners,
We understand that some of you may be calling complaining you cannot pay your assessments through PayLease online. Please note there is a problem moving the information over from First Service, and we hope to have the issue resolved this week. There will be no late fees assessed in January as we transition.

If you need further explanation, please reach out to the Campbell Regional Manager, James Hotchkiss, as [email protected]. Thank you. ”

Thanks for the wonderful email you sent Laurel! So happy to see that we are appreciated!!!

Dear Michael,
I have been a resident of Egret Landing for 17 years. I want to let you and the other board members know how much I appreciate all you do. Often, you hear from neighbors when they have a complaint, but I feel safe to say that most of the Egret Landing residents love where they live.

The board and other volunteers help to make this neighborhood fun and a very desirable place to live. You put in many hours of hard work and it does not go un-noticed. We are fortunate to have very reasonable quarterly HOA fees, beautiful landscaping and numerous amenities, all that are well taken care of.
Thank you,
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Laurel Brown

Egret needs 30% of all homeowners to vote, or none of the votes count.
Support your community and your fellow residents, and help their vote count, too!
Elections are set for next Wednesday evening, March 16, 6:30 PM in the clubhouse.

If you can't come, please fill out BOTH your yellow ballot and your blue proxy.
Drop them in the suggestion box. (Extra copies are available in the office.)
The proxy marks you "present" for the vote, and then your ballot can count.

If you can come next week, you will be treated to the first unveiling of Egret's new property tour videos!

Join the Board as they help Egret solve new challenges and set plans for a bright tomorrow!

Saturday, March 19, 10-Noon
Jupiter Bounce, Kona Ice, Face Painting, Balloons,
Easter Bunny & Special Eggs !!

This year, we are dedicating our annual Spring Eggs-Travaganza event
as a sunshade fundraiser for the community!
Please come out for a great time and show your support for our sunshade!
The sunshade will:
(1) Protect children and families from 98% of harmful UV rays,
(2) Provide a play environment up to 20 degrees cooler,
(3) Provide playground equipment that won’t burn children’s skin,
(4) Provide an environment for friends and families to comfortably spend quality time together year-round,
(5) Protect the equipment from UV damage to extend its life, as replacement can cost $35,000 or more,
(6) Increase property values in our family-friendly neighborhood to compete with newer neighborhoods that have brand new parks &sunshades (Rialto and Alton).

Register/RSVP for wristbands to help support this Project,
$8 beforehand, $10 at the door.

Can’t participate but want to donate? Contact Carri Lager, [email protected]

If you are on the email list our property manager has you most likely received this.
Please Note:
Correction on trash pickup over the holidays:
There will be NO TRASH pickup for Christmas until the following regular Tuesday.
There will be NORMAL TRASH pickup on New Year's Day, Friday.
NO Saturday trash pickup is scheduled for Egret at this time

Our Property Manager Alicia wants everyone to know - Per Waste Mgmt, trash pickup on Christmas and New Years days (Fridays) will both be delayed one day to Saturday, INCLUDING recycle pickup.

Email from Alicia our property manager.

Here is follow-up from the Adopt-A-Family Efforts:

We had over 23 families adopted! AWESOME!!
We also had our first Jingle and Mingle which was a great success as residents got to meet Angela and hear how she coordinates Christmas for over 100 families in Palm Beach County School District (many of them are homeless).
My heart has grown three times the size thanks to you ALL! (Joanne)
Joanne, thank you for helping organize this, and hello fellow Santas! The woman on my list requested food, towels and an iron. It was so sad to us. Shopping with my daughter and purchasing gifts for these parents and children really put everything into perspective for my daughter, and it felt incredibly good to be able to purchase gifts for those in SO much need. It really brought back the Christmas Spirit for me.
Once again Egret Landing is reaching out to make a difference – thanks to all who participated!
