Country Builders was born and raised on Maui. Country Builders is old school and Pono as our name implies we love the islands and have become a part of their landscape. This is a construction company whose CEO Gerald “Jerry” Iwankiw runs with his bags on working alongside the framing contractor Mark Becker, both of whom are No-Kaoi carpenters. Having worked with the finest architects in Hawaii on

hundreds of projects, framing multi million dollar beach front homes one after another, condo's and government buildings, has given us an advantage unequaled by any other general contractor.
