Samuel’s fight began in September 2023, when he was 3 weeks old, and he stopped breathing and turned blue in his mother’s arms at home. He was rushed to Children’s Mercy Hospital where he continued to have episodes where his oxygen would drop low, and he was moved to the Pediatric Intensive ....
