wow. what a weekend.. to all the guests, Bands, Vendors, Magic Mountain Staff, BLBP Staff, Grip Lighting, and Magnum pa... Thank you for making this years Green Mountain Getdown a huge success! the energy and positive vibes but out by the bands and the Guests was unlike anything ive ever been a part of! thank you all so much for your support. to the volunteers and the people that busted their behi
nds so much... thank you..this event would not have brought joy to so many people without your dedication, and drive to help and be part of something that meant so much to the people who attended. Friday 6-7pm "Gentle Yoga" Enjoy soft, soothing postures to ease you into the weekend. Breathe deep and slow and let go of worries!
Saturday: 2-3pm "Vinyasa Yoga Flow" Flow gracefully through a series of energizing and uplifting postures accompanied by steady, rhythmic breathing. Yoga increases flexibility, boosts stamina and lifts the spirit to prepare for more dancing!
Saturday 6-7pm "Sivananda Yoga" Be rejuivinated and melt into calming and balancing yoga postures. Class starts with guided breathing practices. Postures are taken at a slower pace, working through the chakras from the crown down, toning all the energy centers.
