Usually every morning I go out for my 4 to 5 mile run on River Rd. and sometimes around KYC Im not "fast" but 10 yrs ago I was a marathon runner.

Im not meaning to be sarcastic by any means but ever so often Ill meet another runner who totally ignores just a simple finger wave as a courtisty ,they completely ignore me ,this has happened several times

You would think they were training for the olympics but actually they would be lucky to place 4th in the high school 100 yd...

Im a friendly person and if someone can’t even accknowledge a simple hi or wave so be it ...alwaysthought keokuk was a friendly town and it is,

maybe its just a few who feel they dont have to acknowledge another persons friendly gesture ...also noticed that behavior in stores also ....so be it ..I dont really care and if you wonder why this post is here .....I just felt better after typing for some crazy reason.....
