What an inspiring morning at the Build-N-Athlete 10K, 5K and Kids Run! 🏃‍♀️💙

I had the opportunity to set up my Challenge, where young athletes completed jumping jacks, hula hoops, balance challenges, and more while learning that movement can be fun for everyone.

One of my favorite parts of the day was meeting so many incredible athletes, families and community members who share a passion for staying active and supporting one another.

A special thank you to Build-N-Athlete for the amazing work they do empowering youth through accessible sports equipment. By breaking down financial barriers for NEPA families, they help ensure every child has the opportunity to play, grow, build confidence and succeed through sports.

Because every child deserves the chance to get in the game and to keep on moving. 💪✨

Land of the free because of the brave🇺🇸

From honoring our heroes at the DuPont Memorial Day Parade, to visiting the Wyoming Monument where flags stood in remembrance of those lost in the Battle of Wyoming, to unexpectedly seeing a touching memorial displayed in a veterans parking spot at Lowe’s. Reminder of sacrifice were everywhere today.

Memorial Day is a day to pause, reflect and remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom❤️🤍💙

So grateful to everyone who came out to support our bingo benefiting the NEPA Scholarship Competition and the David Blight School of Dance. Getting to spend the afternoon with Team NEPA and the people who so graciously pour their hearts into this organization is always so special!!

Proud to walk today at the NEPA Heart Walk❤️

May is American Stroke Month, making today especially meaningful as stroke survivors courageously led the walk. Hundreds of participants, survivors, families and volunteers then followed together in support of healthier lives and stronger communities through the mission of the American Heart Association.

We also caught up with our friends at ZOLL Medical and had the chance to practice my CPR skills after becoming CPR/First Aid certified last year. As someone passionate about health, wellness and encouraging others to , moments like these are such an important reminder that movement, education and prevention all play a role in creating healthier lives♥️🤩
