This is irresponsible journalism on the part of the Advocate Magazine. It's not new information, it's not researched, and it's not news.

Please read son Nate's views about about Fred's activism:
"Early on in his legal career he discovered an untapped gold mine in the Civil Rights Act of 1964."

Campus Pride organizes the only Summer Leadership Camp for LGBT and Ally college students. The five-day camp experience works to develop stronger undergraduate student leaders and safer, more LGBT-friendly colleges and universities. This year's camp is Tuesday, July 20 to Sunday, July 25, 2010.

The mission of the Campus Pride Summer Leadership Camp is to build leadership capacity among LGBT and Ally undergraduate college student leaders and to create safer and more inclusive campus communities in the United States.

Lynn Redgrave, actor and UCC member, dies at 67

The United Church of Christ (headquartered here in Cleveland) has posted a tribute to Lynn Redgrave who was a member of a UCC Church in Kent, Conn. Included is video of Redgrave's 2007 talk of her "journey through cancerland."

Lynn Redgrave, renowned actor and a member of First Congregational UCC in Kent, Conn., died May 2 after a seven-year journey with breast cancer. She was 67.
