FOUNDATION INITIATIVES:
The children of Shannondale are receiving one of the best educational experiences available in Knox County and the state of Tennessee. Each year these children are receiving this high quality education without the soaring cost of private education. Despite the many strengths of Shannondale Elementary, we strongly believe that we need to further enhance the academic success
of our school. The Foundation was formed to help create and support initiatives that support academic excellence of students at Shannondale. The Foundation, along with the help of our Shannondale families and friends, community sponsors and business partners, provides the sole funding for our S.T.E.M. (science, technology, engineering, math) program and teacher at Shannondale.
