πŸš’ CALL OUT THIS MORNING πŸš’

Around 2:00 this morning, our department was called out for an electrical fire caused by an air conditioner that had been working overtime trying to keep up with the atrocious heat we've been experiencing. πŸ₯΅πŸ”₯

Thanks to the fast actions of our firefighters, we were able to save the structure and keep the fire contained to one room. This is a great reminder of how quickly electrical issues can turn into a fire, especially with A/C units working nonstop during extreme heat.

Please keep an eye out for overheating outlets, damaged cords, burning smells, flickering lights, or anything that doesn't seem right. If you notice a problem, don't ignore it.

We're proud of our crew for jumping into action in the early morning hours to protect our community. πŸš’

Stay cool, stay safe, and give those A/C units a little extra attention during this heat!
