Louisiana Spirits – Southeast Chapter is going back!
On Saturday, October 24, 2026, join us for another night of paranormal investigating inside the Haunted Fairbanks House in Sicily Island, Louisiana.
Last time, we opened this historic home to guests for an overnight investigation — and now we're returning just in time for Halloween. 🕯️👻
This isn't a haunted attraction. There are no actors hiding around corners and no staged scares.
THIS IS A REAL PARANORMAL INVESTIGATION.
You'll investigate alongside members of Louisiana Spirits – Southeast Chapter, use paranormal investigation equipment, explore the house after dark, and experience firsthand what an investigation is actually like.

🛏️ OVERNIGHT INVESTIGATION — $50 PER PERSON
Stay overnight inside the Fairbanks House and continue investigating with us throughout the night.
There are 4 available rooms with space for up to 9 overnight guests:
• Room 1 — 4 people
• Room 2 — 2 people
• Room 3 — 2 people
• Room 4 — 1 person
Rooms will be assigned accordingly to maximize the experience and available accommodations.
🔦 INVESTIGATION ONLY — $25 PER PERSON
Want to investigate but don't want to spend the night?
Join us for the investigation and experience the Fairbanks House after dark without booking an overnight stay.
Investigation-only guests will depart at midnight.
🛏️ IMPORTANT — OVERNIGHT ROOM ACCESS
To give everyone attending the investigation the opportunity to experience as much of the Fairbanks House as possible, all overnight guest rooms will remain part of the investigation and accessible to all registered event guests until midnight.
At midnight, investigation-only guests will depart.
From that point forward, overnight guests may choose to turn in to their assigned rooms or continue investigating with us.
After midnight, overnight rooms will be reserved for their assigned guests.
👻 WHAT TO EXPECT
Come prepared to investigate!
We'll spend the night exploring the house, conducting investigation sessions, using paranormal equipment, documenting possible activity, and learning more about the history and reported experiences associated with the property.
Paranormal activity can never be guaranteed — and that's part of a real investigation.
We investigate. We document what happens. We let the evidence speak for itself.

Since we're investigating the Fairbanks House during Halloween season, we're adding a little extra fun to the night!
Costumes are completely optional, but registered investigation and overnight guests who want to participate can come dressed in their best Halloween costume for a chance to win a custom paranormal equipment prize package.

We'll choose our costume contest winner before the night's investigation gets underway, and you're welcome to continue investigating in costume afterward.
The costume contest is included for registered investigation and overnight guests only and is not a separate public event.
