🌟 Celebrating the Retirement of Ross Fallah 🌟
After 21 years of dedicated service, we bid a fond farewell to Ross Fallah, who has faithfully served the City of Laguna Beach with honor, pride, and heart.
Ross began his journey in 2002 as the city’s first Citizen on Patrol (COP), where his commitment and enthusiasm quickly shone—earning him two awards for over 1,000 hours of volunteer service.
From 2004 to 2007, Ross became the first year-round Beach Patrol Officer, paving the way for the program’s success long after the summer season ended.
He went on to serve as a Parking Services Officer from 2007 to 2017, and for the past eight years, as a Senior PSO, leading and mentoring the city’s Beach Patrol, Parking Services, volunteers, cadets, and Traffic Control Aides with professionalism and care.
Ross’s passion for community extended beyond the field—he played a key role in the Laguna Beach Citizens Academy, first as an assistant from 2002 to 2016, helping produce 14 academies, and later as the program coordinator from 2016 to 2024, successfully organizing 11 more.
Beyond his incredible service record, Ross will be remembered for his warm personality and love of cooking, often treating his coworkers to his delicious homemade meals—a true reflection of his generous spirit.
Thank you, Ross, for your 21 years of outstanding service and for making Laguna Beach a better place for all. You’ve left an indelible mark on our community, and you’ll be deeply missed.
🎉 Congratulations on your well-deserved retirement 👏🏼
Cheers,
Your Laguna Beach Police employee family 💙
