Our June Member of the Month is Jennifer Leary!

Jennifer Leary is a seasoned educator and wellness practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with special needs. She is also the proud parent of a child with autism and ADHD, which gives her a deeply personal understanding of the joys and challenges families face. Her work blends professional expertise with lived experience, creating a compassionate and holistic approach that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
As a certified Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork Instructor, as well as a Certified Special Needs Life Coach, Jennifer offers flexible services intentionally designed to meet each client where they are. Every offering is tailored to individual needs, providing practical tools for growth, healing, and empowerment.

At the heart of Jennifer’s practice is a core belief: every individual has inherent value and a unique contribution to offer the world. She holds that we are all capable of growth, connection, and purpose—especially when supported in ways that respect and celebrate our differences.

Her work is built on the understanding that people with special needs deserve not only inclusion, but meaningful engagement in their communities, schools, workplaces, and families. With the right support, they can thrive emotionally, intellectually, and socially.
Jennifer’s philosophy centers on compassion, empowerment, and practical guidance. She walks alongside clients on their journeys, helping them access tools that foster independence, joy, and self-worth. Whether through learning, movement, advocacy, or coaching, her ultimate goal is to help each person live a full, happy, and purpose-driven life.

Empowering Joy’s ideal clients are neurodiverse children and adults and their families seeking guidance in building life skills, improving emotional resilience, navigating educational systems, and achieving personal goals. I also provide support for parents and caregivers, offering coaching and practical strategies that foster confidence, communication, and independence.

NEW Episode Alert!

Season 4 Episode 1 of the BWNICE Voice podcast is now LIVE!

Perfectionism isn't a personality trait.
It's often a nervous system pattern.

In our latest BW Nice Podcast episode, we sit down with Patricia Gent to explore why so many women feel trapped in cycles of overachieving, overthinking, and constantly trying to get everything "just right."

We talk about:
✨ The surprising connection between perfectionism and the nervous system
✨ How childhood experiences can shape our need for control and validation
✨ Why perfectionism often leads to anxiety, exhaustion, and burnout
✨ Simple ways to build self-trust and regulate your nervous system
✨ The power of play, breathwork, and small daily practices

One of our favorite takeaways?

You don't need a perfect wellness routine.

You just need a place to start.
Sometimes that start is as simple as taking a few deep breaths and asking yourself:

💭 "What do I need right now?"

Our May Featured Member of the Month is Chloé Moore

"Until my 40th birthday, I worked as a professional opera singer. Through these experiences, I had the opportunity to travel the world and met people of all walks of life. In all my travels, I found the most fulfillment while connecting with people, learning about them, and in service to my community. It is my raison d’être.

Spending my life in the arts, I believe that art is a reflection of the human condition. It communicates human vulnerability, fear, strength, weakness and our hopes and dreams. In order to best communicate through the voice, we must be completely open, genuine and vulnerable. Now that I’m retired from singing, I am taking these qualities with me into all aspects of life. I strive to be the best person and financial advisor that I can be by being a completely transparent, honest person and leading with authenticity.

As a voice teacher, I have found a passion for education. I have seen firsthand how knowledge can empower someone. It gives confidence, puts us at ease and offers us choices. I am on a mission to level the playing field by educating those who have been kept out of the conversation, by enabling clients to regain financial control, and by empowering those who have not yet started their financial journey with the tools that they need to succeed. I particularly love working with women and strive to be a source of support and encouragement.

I am an active volunteer in my community. I am a trustee with the Tinicum Civic Association, a board member for BWNICE’s Bucks County Chapter, and a member of the Bucks County Business Women’s Alliance and of 100-Plus Women Who Care. My husband, Jason, my son, Malakai, and I live on an acreage in Bucks County. Avid animal-lovers, we have two dogs and a chicken. Jason and I are foster parents whose focus is on helping teens feel safe, loved and to set them up for success in life.

While mostly retired from professional singing, I occasionally take on projects I find interesting and sing as a soprano soloist at Doylestown Presbyterian Church. I maintain a small voice studio."
