June 26, 2024. 18th Annual Last Ever Golf & BBQ. STMA class of 1961 had their 18th Annual Last Ever Golf and BBQ at the home of Court Storey after a round of Golf at the beautiful Eagle Valley Golf and Country Club. 26 members of our class were able to attend and many from out of town, Attending were: Craig Anderson Pequot Lakes, MN, Bob Bisanz, Dick Brady,
Bob Chripch, Mike Coffee, Pat Coonan, Dick Cragg, Hasting, MN, Dick Donovan, John Downey Leesburg, VA, Bill Fabian North Branch, MN, Pete Hutch,
Jim Jambor, Mike Kelley, Ed LeClair, Bill Lucas, Pat Madden Olathe, KS,
Pat McCauley, Tom Miller, Steve Russel, Jim Rutzik, Joe Scherer Jacksonville, FL, Ray Spack, Court Storey, Dave Swanson, Mike Woolsey, & Greg Zeglen.

16TH ANNUAL LAST EVER GOLF AND BBQ 6/15/2022

Weather impacted Golf but afternoon cleared for a great outdoor BBQ with 24 of us. Good time had by all!

Frank Ditter (Cadet Colonel, '59) died. The obit is in this morning's StarTribune. A memorial was held, but no information on the funeral or burial.

RIP, Frank. I enjoyed playing tennis both with him and against him a couple times over the last 10 years, and talking with him at length last fall at the STA all-classes-prior-to-1965 reunion. He had a varied and energetic career, including a tour of duty in Vietnam as an Army Intelligence officer.

Quite a guy.
