Meet the newest member of our nursing team at PHC!

This is Chelsea Henry, BSN, RN. She comes to us with 8 years of nursing experience in the NICU at Memorial Hermann.

She and her husband Derek live in Lake Jackson with their two children, Alivia and Clarkson. Additionally, Chelsea volunteers as a children's leader at Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Chelsea came to PHC following God's calling; she was not looking for a new job, however God presented this opportunity and made everything fall into place.

Chelsea is looking forward to serving God through the community and being a light for those who need God's love.

The Staff and Board of PHC are so excited to have her on board!

Bessy and Armando stopped by with 3 week old Priscilla. This sweet girl’s parents tell us she is a very happy child. She certainly is alert and beautiful. We pray for abundant life and joy for this precious family.

Dakota & Aubree learned about Car Seat safety this morning with Laura. They received brand new car seats at the end of class.

Laura loves teaching new parents how to properly use their car seats and is such a blessing to PHC.

Destanee and Adalynn came in for a little visit. Beautiful Adalynn is the most happy, expressive baby girl. We thank God for our precious babies dropping in for us to love on and pray over.

This morning we received a visit from mamma Kylee and baby Isaiah! Kylee graduated from the HOPE Program and also attended Car Seat Safety.

Lisa was super excited to get some grandbaby snuggles in as well!

We had a great time last night at HOPE. The couple on the left are David and Christine Miller who co-teach our parenting class. The rest of the group are the wonderful folks from First Christian Church of Lake Jackson. This group provided an excellent meal, shared their time eating with our expectant parents and were being blessings to everyone.

Outgoing Pregnancy Help Center Director, Jackie Fuller, visits with Mommy Amanda and Baby Waylon.

Amanda was the very first HOPE Class graduate whose water broke in her last class before the graduation ceremony.

They said they loved getting to sit with our clients and visit. PHC is very blessed and thankful for everything FBC - West Columbia does!

The Pregnancy Help Center is in need of Baby Healthcare Kits which can be found at Dollar General for our Newborn Care class in our HOPE Program.

In this class students learn about what to expect when taking care of their newborn babies including safety, umbilical cord care, common infant illnesses, check-ups and immunizations and much more!

PHC had its first Men's Ministry Planning Meeting with the PHC staff this morning. We are so excited to get this program up and running! We know God has great things planned for these men and the young men they will be leading and mentoring.

Congratulations to our HOPE graduates!
Last night PHC graduated:

11 people from Phase 1
6 people from Phase 2
12 people from Phase 3

We are so proud of all of our graduates. They are so devoted to being the Godly parents they are meant to be!

PHC Staff and all of the HOPE class graduates were able to pray over baby Mateo as he arrived early. Additionally, we were able to present mamma and daddy with a baby gift bundle for bringing Mateo to see us.
