The Constitution clearly puts elections in the hands of the states. The Supreme Court simply cannot allow the postal service to be told by the Executive to pick and choose to whom and when they deliver mail-in ballots.

The plan, which complies with President Trump’s executive order to curtail mail voting, will only go into effect if the Supreme Court rules in the order’s favor.
